Data Protection
For Verder Group it is only natural that person-related data is handled confidentially. An explanation of how and which data will be processed within the context of the competition is given below.

Agreement about storing your data
In order to be able to participate in the competition your person-related data will be gathered, stored and evaluated. Such gathered and stored data include: name, given name, company, industry, eMail address, date and time of participation. Participation in our raffle means that you automatically agree to your particulars being stored for additional promotional purposes by Verder International BV and its foreign representatives.
Use of mailing, fax and eMail addresses
During the duration of the competition we will inform you of its process up to its completion at regular intervals by mail, fax or eMail.
Use of data in the event of a win
If you should win then you agree to the publication of your name, part of your address and photo on our Internet pages. You can revoke this use of data at any time later, either in writing or per email.

When you submit your story + picture,  you have to enter your correct your address data, company name, emailadress and country. While submitting, you are confirming the acceptance of the participation rules.
If you have submitted your application story, you will automatically participate in the competition.
The end date is 31 March 2011. When competition ends, Verder International BV will choose three winners, based on picture and application story.
There are three prices.
First price is a Canon EOS 550D with a kit lens.
Second price    Canon powershot
Third price     Photo printer
Participation and your chances of winning do not depend on your purchasing goods from or utilizing any paid or free-of-charge services provided by Verderair or any other company concerned with the organization of the competition. Participation in the competition means that you automatically recognize our Participation Rules as well as our Data Protection Regulations.
 The competition is open to everybody except for employees of Verder Group and their relatives and employees and relatives of related and affiliated companies. At the time of participation participants must be older than 18 years. Persons from countries in which the participation in sweepstakes is forbidden by law are excluded from participating. Persons who participate as members of sweepstake clubs are excluded from participating.
Verder International BV reserves the right to terminate the competition wholly or in part (e.g. for particular prizes or special competitions) after one competition has been made and the prizes distributed. This applies in particular when the competition for any reason whatsoever cannot be made according to plan, for example in the case of computer viruses, faults in the software and/or hardware and/or for other technical and/or legal grounds that influence the management, security, integrity and/or the right and proper procedure for carrying out the competition.
     
Verder International BV also reserves the right to postpone the dates of the competitions.
 
In order to participate in the competition an authentic business email address must be provided.     
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 weeks. Otherwise all claims to the prize will cease to exist. Prizes are not transferable.
    
The use of the web pages is at your own responsibility.
     
There is no legal entitlement to the prizes.
In cases of doubt the decision made by Verder International BV applies.
     
The right to take legal action is excluded.    

To participate in the competition you have to send a picture of your Verderair pump in operation. And include a 60-100 words description of your application.
