Verderair air-operated double diaphragm pumps

Verderair is a range of air-operated double diaphragm pumps. Verderair pumps can be divided in two groups based on the materials used in the wetted parts and construction:

  • Cast version
  • Solid plastic

Verderair VA and Verderair Almatec diaphragm pumps

The cast version of the Verderair double diaphragm pumps is available in metallic and non-metallic materials. Verderair air-operated double diaphragm pumps are also ATEX compliant available.

The unique design of Verderair double diaphragm pumps provides a reliable and flexible flow with a non-stalling operation. Verderair air-operated pumps do not need any lubrication and can handle very abrasive and viscous products.

FDA approved diaphragm pumps

FDA pumps (food processing pumps) are produced for the basic processes in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry. Verderair double diaphragm pumps are produced with FDA approved materials

High pressure pumps

High pressure double diaphragm pumps have the same features as other Verderair pumps. VA high pressure pumps can lift up to 16 bar. Verderair air-operated double diaphragm pumps are especially suitable for charging filter presses.

Sanitary pumps

Verderair hygienic pumps are constructed according to 3A standards. The Verderair hygienic range of diaphragm pumps is pefect for hygienic applications, such as pumping dairy because of their highly smooth finish.
