Verderair Pulstech pulse dampeners for double diaphragm pumps

Dempers

Air operated double diaphragm pumps and peristaltic pumps can have a pulsating flow. This can lead to increased pipeline losses and lead to strong pressure changes in the pipeline.

Sometimes a pulsation flow is damaging for the process and needs to be dampened. For those cases Verderair is offering you a series of Pulsation dampeners: The Pulstech. When mounted correctly the pulses can be dampened  for almost 95%.

The Pulstech pulse dampeners have a flexible bellow , that is filled at one site with gas or compressed air. If pulsation occurs, the bellow will bow to the other side and will compress the compressed air/gas. This way the pulse does not take place in the piping system but is absorbed by the dampener.

Verderair Pulstech dampeners are available in automatic and in manual execution.
