Verderair Almatec double diaphragm pump accessories
Back flush System (CIP)
For simple and quick cleaning without disassembly without dismantling. A bypass system is mounted in the side cover (pneumatically or manually operated). The Verderair Almatec pump can be cleaned at remote control.
Flange connections
Verderair Almatec diaphragm pumps can be provided with a DIN/PN10 flange connections. Sealing is done by an O ring.
Diaphragm rupture protection
In case of a diaphragm rupture fluid can emit via the muffler. When pumping hazardous or expensive fluids this must be avoided at any time. A capacitive sensor is built into the muffler. As soon as liquid is being traced in the muffler a signal is generated. This signal can be used to stop or to start an alarm.
Barrier system
For pumping hazardous or expensive fluids. The single diaphragm is replaced by a tandem of two diaphragms. The PE conductive barrier chamber is filled with a neutral liquid. The level of this liquid is continuously monitored by a level sensor. When a diaphragm rupture occurs fluid flows in the barrier chamber. The conductivity of the barrier fluid chamber will change. Once the sensor registers a change in conductivity a signal is generated. This signal can be sued to stop the pump or to start an alarm.
Stroke Counter
In the Centre Section of the Verderair Almatec pump, a sensor is built in. The sensor pulses are directed to a signal unit or to a stroke counter. After reaching a preset value, a signal will be given: the pump can be stopped. In this way a double diaphragm pump is suitable for dosing batch
Pulsation Dampener
For a low pulse output. The Verderair Almatec dampeners are self-regulating, they have their own air supply. It must simultaneously be fed with the power supply, so that pump and pulse dampener operate with the same air pressure. Even at a pressure of 1 bar an optimum pulse attenuation is achieved. The pulse dampers are available in PE, PTFE (also in conductive version) and can simply be screwed on the pump.
